The carrying handle on the side makes it easy to move the ball around. An integrated ring at the bottom prevents the ball from rolling out of place. The seating ball is delivered empty, the package includes a hand pump. The cover can be machine washed at 30 degrees.

The 60–65 cm diameter is suitable for users who are 155–180 cm tall.
A diameter of 70–75 cm is ideal for 180–200 cm tall users.
