With an updated look & feel, the Sport 50 replaces 9 pairs of dumbbells in the space of one. Now featuring the PowerBlock patented Flex selector pin for easy & smooth weight adjustment and an Open Handle design, the Sport 50 is the ideal set of adjustable dumbbells for any home gym or personal trainer. The Sport 50 has a weight range of 2-22.5 Kgs with the full weight increments listed below. The weights are now printed on the rails of the dumbbell stack, again, making a change in weight just seconds to operate.

PowerBlocks act just like a weight stack at the gym, with a weight handle that fits inside the first weight, which fits inside the second, which fits inside the third, etc. When you want to change weights, you simply move the weight selector pin into the appropriate slot and you're set. As you lift the core, all the weights above the selector pin are lifted at the same time, turning your 5kg dumbbell into a 10kg dumbbell.

The PowerBlock compact weight stand improves the use of your PowerBlock dumbbells, setting them at a height that is more convenient and easier to change. This smaller weight stand works with any PowerBlock Sport Blocks up to 22.5kg (50lbs). This stand easily folds flat for storage or portability so are perfect for mobile fitness professionals, training in multiple locations, or if you have a home gym.
