Fiksun näköinen kenkä. Pohja tuntuu hyvältä ja vesi ei tule läpi. Olen käyttänyt pari viikkoa päivittäin, ekan kokeilun jälkeen meinasin palauttaa. Alla syitä, kengät jäi käyttöön koska tarvitsin kohtuuhintaiset kosteutta kestävät kengät.Nyt kuitenkin kenkä on vähän lähtenyt pehmenemään enemmän itselleni sopivaksi.
Työnjälki hieman epäsiistiä, langanpätkiä ja muutamia liimatahroja muuallakin kuin pohjan saumauksen yhteydessä. Kengän takareuna painaa nilkkaan, oman kantapääni ja nilkkani rakenne on aika suoralinjainen. Iltti tuntuu liian paksulta ja siinä on sisäpuolella ikävä vaakasauma juuri nilkan kireimmällä kohdalla eli ei voi nauhoittaa napakasti koska painaa ja hiertää nilkan etupuolelta. Koska ei voi nauhoittaa tiukalle, nauhat tuntuu aavistuksen lyhyeltä ja näin uutena ei meinaa pysyä solmittuna vaan aukeaa helposti. En myöskään pidä siitä miltä keinomateriaali näyttää taipuvissa kohdissa.

Mudee barefoot shoes are suitable for hiking, trekking and everyday use all year round.
The surface of the shoe is made of microfiber fabric, which resembles leather in its properties, but dries much faster. The surface is treated to be breathable and waterproof. Water resistance has also been taken into account for seams, so your feet stay dry in all conditions. The shoe has a patterned, rubber Hill Grip outsole that provides excellent grip on wet and slippery surfaces. If worn purely on tarmac/concrete, this outsole may wear more quickly than the MultiGrip sole but provides more grip on the trail.
The Mudee model has a wide last and flexible construction. No elevation under the heel or toes. The shoe has a removable Ortholite insole (3 mm), so you can choose whether you want more or less shock absorption under your steps. The stack height with the insole is approx. 7 mm and without the insole 4 mm.

Manufacturer's care instructions: Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Air dry – never place near heat. Freet MicroF microfibre upper material can benefit from a high quality, natural gentle water-based treatment to ‘condition’, maintain ‘suppleness’ and water resistance. Nikwax is recommended. Mudee is an ultra-light duty barefoot shoe not designed for professional or arduous use or extreme climates.

Remember the shoe has good volume in the forefoot so the actual comfortable width of this shoe will be a few mm greater than this ‘flat’ measurement. Fit is personal, but most people will prefer to have at least 4 or 5mm spare room in front of their largest toe.
