The Bodhi training mat is a firm and durable platform for fitness and pilates training.
The mat is made of foam rubber (NBR) with a closed-cell structure. The surface of the mat does not absorb sweat or dirt, so it is easy to wipe clean after training. 1.5 cm thickness offers incredible shock absorption. Gentle on the joints. The grooved surface offers extra grip. Does not stick to the floor or other training mats when stacked.
