With the boxing focus pads, you can improve your punching technique, speed, strength and accuracy. The well-padded gloves protect both the competitor's and the coach's wrists from shocks. Focus pad training is useful for both beginners and more advanced boxers. The surface of the focus pads is made of synthetic leather. The red dot helps the boxer to aim the punch at the right spot.
