Cocoa "tea" is a brew made from the shells of cocoa beans. It is delicious like hot chocolate but has a lot of good health effects. Cocoa shells contain a lot of trace elements that are released when the drink is brewed. The cocoa shell contains theobromine, which has an invigorating effect but is milder compared to caffeine. Cocoa is also claimed to lower blood pressure and care for the heart and veins.
Brewing suggestions:
Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over the teabag. Allow infusing for 7 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour. Add a sip of milk if you want and enjoy!
