The set consists of three fascia balls with different hardness degrees (Standard - Hard - Very hard). The set also includes a diagram for the different degrees of hardness on the corresponding trigger points of the back.
To address the trigger points, lie down on your back, relax and while continuing to breathe in and out, place the fascia ball with the appropriate hardness under the corresponding point of your back. Then move your body back and forth a little, as slowly as possible. The fascia ball can also be used on other areas of the body such as the glutes, the bottoms of the feet, the arms and the hands by slowly rolling out the muscle areas while sitting, standing or lying down.
