Muscle membranes, i.e. fascia, are fibrous collagen tissue that supports and holds our body together. Healthy fascia helps maintain and increase body mobility, improves body position and symmetry, and increases blood circulation. The fascia can be treated by stretching and gently massaging the body with a soft foam roller.
Rolling works exceptionally well for the front, back and inner thighs, calves, lower back, sides and shoulder area. The length of the roll is 45 cm and the diameter is about 15 cm. The soft EVA roller is recommended for beginners and light people because it provides less pressure than harder foam rollers.
