Eclipse SUP set, fibreglass
Eclipse is a composite SUP board with EPS core and fibreglass coating. Ready to use – no need for inflating!
The set includes an Aztron Eclipse SUP board, a 10 ″ fin, an aluminum adjustable paddle, a runaway strap and a bungee system for attaching small items.
The Eclipse board features Aztron’s most popular design of all time and a fair size (320 x 81 x 11.4 cm) that ensures a smooth ride in all weather conditions. The rounded corners make turning easy, so the board is perfect for beginner and intermediate paddlers. The hard SUP board does not require pumping, it is immediately ready for use.
The core of the board is made of lightweight EPS foam surrounded by fibreglass. Strong wooden structure in the middle. The fibreglass shell is coated on the bottom with a slick and durable polyethene (HDPE), which provides excellent impact absorption and smooth propagation in water. The deck of the board is covered with patterned, 5 mm thick EVA foam. The foam pad feels comfortable underfoot, ensures a firm grip and cushions the impact if you fall over. There are air valves between the core of the board and the outer layers that regulate the air pressure in the board.
In the middle of the board is a built-in carrying handle for easy transport. Thanks to its light frame, the hard SUP board is surprisingly light and easy to move around! At the back of the board, there is a fastening loop for the runaway straps to be fastened to the leg.
