Terms of Delivery

The online store is owned and managed by Gonsul Oy, business ID 2683931-4.

The products are sold to both individuals and companies.


Ordering from the online store

To order from the online store, select the desired product in the online store The desired number is set for the product(s), and it is added to the shopping cart. Before placing an order, the customer can view and remove products from the shopping cart or cancel the entire order. Products are purchased by proceeding as instructed in the shopping cart and entering the requested information. The customer is advised to check the order summary before submitting the order. The order is always subject to the customer's payment obligation.

The online store has the right not to accept the order without stating the reason. The online store does not guarantee that the products displayed on the website are available. The online store reserves the right to cancel the order also for obvious price errors. A clear price error means a pricing error in a product in an online store, so that the price of the product deviates so significantly from the recommended price of the product, that the customer can be reasonably thought to understand the error in the price.


Order confirmation

After receiving the order, we will send an order confirmation to the customer's e-mail.



Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. Clear price errors can lead to cancellation of the order, see above “Ordering from the online store”. By purchasing from the online store, the customer agrees that the online store can send the customer letter, e-mail and possibly text messages in matters related to the order and delivery.


Delivery of products

The delivery of products is easily handled with the help of our contract partners (e.g. in Finland Posti and Matkahuolto and, if necessary, other freight service providers). Customer can choose the desired delivery from given options at the shopping cart of the store.

Shipping costs include postage/freight and packaging. Customer can view the delivery costs after selecting the payment method and delivery method in the Shopping Cart. Orders are typically delivered as a postal package or with similar services. Larger orders, such as packages weighing more than 35 kg, are delivered by service provided by a contract partner. Extra-large packages, such as fitness machines, are delivered as cargo to the nearest door on the ground level. Cargo deliveries might need specified pricing that is not available in the online store – the online store may be contacted for more specified delivery pricing of large orders. The company's own home delivery is available in the Kotka-Hamina area in Finland.

It is possible to pick up the order from our warehouse at Ruuvikatu 4, 48770 Kotka (Finland), in which case no delivery fee will be invoiced. For pick up, we collect the products ready for pick-up. You will receive a message from the online store once your order has been processed. 

Orders are mailed on weekdays. Delivery time for products delivered from the warehouse is usually 1-4 business days. If the products to be delivered are custom-made / needs assembly / are drop-ship products, the delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks.

The delivery company will notify you of the arrival of the product either by e-mail, text message, letter, or all of these. The delivery companies store the product often only limited time. After this limited time has expired the order is sent back to the sender. If the order returns because it was not picked up by the customer in a given time and the sender is uninformed, the sender may charge a one-time fee of 20€. The purpose of the one-time fee is to compensate for the costs of processing, packing, shipping, and returning the order. A returned order can be re-sent if the customer does not want to cancel the order completely. For re-sending the order, the customer is asked for a new delivery fee.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days, to the online store. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for delivery.
